1. How long will it take to receive my order?

Once your order is placed, it will typically take 1-2 business days for us to process and ship your items. After that, the delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose at checkout. Standard shipping usually takes 5-7 business days, while expedited shipping takes 2-3 business days. Please note that these are estimated delivery times and may vary depending on your location.

2. What is your return policy?

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Please note that we do not accept returns for personalized, seasonal, or custom items or items that have been washed or altered. For more information, please refer to our refund policy.

3. Can I exchange an item?

Yes, we do offer exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact our customer support team at admin@whiskey-cotton.com. We will provide you with further instructions on how to proceed with the exchange.

4. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept most major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. We also accept payment through Paypal, Google Pay, Apple Pay, Meta Pay.  If purchasing through Facebook, Instagram, or Google, verify payment information required through their policies.

5. What is the current shipping rate?

At this time the flat shipping rate is $7.99.  Check online or social media for discounts on shipping.  Custom orders may require additional shipping charge depending on size of order and location.

Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at admin@whiskey-cotton.com.
